These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Collaboom platform operated by Collaboom Agency Ltd ("Collaboom", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Collaboom is a brand partnership marketplace that connects YouTube content creators ("Creators") with brands seeking influencer marketing campaigns. We facilitate campaign discovery, negotiation, content approval workflows, and payment processing.
Collaboom does not employ Creators. We act as an intermediary platform. The legal relationship for each campaign is between the Creator and the relevant Brand, with Collaboom providing platform infrastructure and support.
To use Collaboom you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@collaboom.agency if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not share your account with third parties or create multiple accounts. Accounts found to be duplicates may be merged or terminated at our discretion.
By using Collaboom as a Creator, you agree to:
Each accepted campaign generates a separate Campaign Contract between you and the relevant Brand. The Campaign Contract supersedes these Terms on matters specific to that campaign (rates, deliverables, deadlines, exclusivity).
You should review each Campaign Contract carefully before accepting. Your partnership manager can clarify any terms you are unsure about.
Cancellation of an accepted campaign without adequate notice (less than 5 business days) may result in a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the campaign value, as specified in the Campaign Contract.
Collaboom charges a platform commission of 15% on all completed campaign payments. This fee is deducted from the gross campaign value before payment is released to you. All rates shown in campaign offers reflect your net earnings after commission.
Commission rates for high-volume creators (earning over $100,000 annually through the platform) may be renegotiated. Contact your partnership manager.
Payment will be released within 14 calendar days of: (a) your content being published, and (b) confirmation by the Brand that the content meets campaign requirements.
In case of Brand disputes about content quality, payment may be held for up to 30 days pending resolution. Collaboom guarantees payment from escrow for all campaigns where content meets the agreed brief.
Minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD (or equivalent). Collaboom is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
You retain ownership of all content you create. By publishing campaign content, you grant the relevant Brand a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and share that content for the duration specified in the Campaign Contract.
You grant Collaboom a limited license to feature your channel name, handle, and campaign examples in Collaboom marketing materials, case studies, and platform features. You may opt out of this by notifying your partnership manager in writing.
You may not use Collaboom to:
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time with 30 days written notice, provided there are no active campaign obligations outstanding.
Collaboom may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for: fraud, fake engagement, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that risks legal liability for Collaboom or its brand partners.
Upon termination, pending earnings for completed campaigns will be paid out within 30 days.
Collaboom's total liability to you for any cause of action arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total platform commissions paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: loss of revenue or profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, or any brand's failure to approve content where that content fails to meet the agreed brief.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email and platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
